"(But) that's another story" = nhưng đó là câu chuyện hoàn toàn khác -> dùng khi không muốn kể chi tiết câu chuyện hoặc sẽ kể sau.

I’ve purchase (mua) hundreds of items online from private sellers with very few issues. Most of those issues were of items not being in as good of shape as described in the advertisement (quảng cáo), but that’s another story.
Whether fact or fiction no one would or could tell. In fact, any question into serious calamity (tai họa) or illegal (bất hợp pháp) behavior, and especially the mention of brothels (nhà chứa), has been met with the same answer, “Oh, that's another story,” the local version of “off the record” (không công khai).

This only lasted the one night but I went back every week so that gradually it became the norm (thông lệ) and the screaming habdabs (tiếng la hét gây bực mình) became the odd exception (ngoại lệ). Then just as I started to get a good night's sleep, the menopause started, but that's another story.
