"Choose/pick one's moment" nghĩa là chọn thời điểm mà bạn muốn làm gì.

Ví dụ
You'll have to choose your moments wisely, and witnesses (nhân chứng) can help—or hurt—a case (vụ án) with more than simple facts.

If photographing a couple in a fight, choose your moment so the fight can be 'felt'. A couple of love? Show that love by some gesture. It doens't have to be passion.

If the issue is important enough to raise, choose your moment carefully and thoughtfully. As much as we may wish it were different, it is impossible to have a productive conversation (trò chuyện hiệu quả) with someone who doesn't want to talk.

"First of all, it's about deciding when to, and when not to. In the end... the only thing a man can really do... is pick his moment. Watch for the opening, and recognise it when it comes, and seize (nắm bắt) it.” And Clover snatched (nắm lấy) at a handful o' nothing and shook his fist (nắm chặt tay). “Picking your moment. That's the secret."
