"Follow up on them" nghĩa là gì?

"Follow up on (something)" nghĩa là giữ liên lạc với ai sau một khoảng thời gian để có thông tin về một lĩnh vực nào đó; kiểm tra xem hành động nào đó có đang được thực hiện hiệu quả không.
Ví dụ
“Beefing attracts more fans. It could be seen as another form of entertainment because people follow up on them, they watch and read posts by their artists they look up to throw shades at each other.”
