"Mad enough to spit" nghĩa là gì?

"Mad enough to spit" = tức đến khạc nhổ cả ra -> nghĩa là giận quá mất khôn. Cụm "mad enough to chew nails and spit rivets" cũng có nghĩa tương tự.
