"Dive in with both feet" có 'dive in' là nhảy lao đầu xuống nước, lặn (cả hai chân chìm trong nước) -> nghĩa là bắt đầu thực hiện công việc nhanh chóng, nhiệt tình và không hề do dự, lo lắng.
