"Are we having fun yet" nghĩa là gì?

"Are we having fun yet?" = đã đến đoạn vui chưa -> nghĩa là trêu ai khi điều gì đó không thú vị như tưởng tượng.

Ví dụ
How will we know when it's fascism (chủ nghĩa phát xít)? Just like the question “Are we having fun yet?” the question “Is it fascism yet?” spurs us to wonder “Well, is it?” (“Well, are we?”).

“Indie ... are we having fun yet?” he asked me. “Hmm?” I hmmed back, watching my mum hug Fee. It was easier to go “hmm?" than admit to Dylan that no — we definitely weren't having fun...

I really do, but we need a little more room, an extra bed, a brand new air conditioner, and a super bomb for all these gigantic mosquitoes! Pretty please! Mama keeps asking are we having fun yet. I said, “No ma'am, not yet!”

No one felt any emotional space for worshiping (tôn thờ) God. AllI could think of was Chevy Chase as Clark Griswold in National Lampoon's Family Vacation movie. “Are we having fun yet?” I asked. Everyone laughed and blew off some steam, and we were able to enjoy the Lord in worship.
