"On skid row" nghĩa là gì?

'on skid row' có 'skid row' là khu vực nghèo của thành phố, nơi có rất nhiều người vô gia cư và nghiện rượu sinh sống -> cụm từ này nghĩa là trong hoàn cảnh khó khăn, thiếu thốn, cơ cực.
