"Accidents will happen" = rủi ro luôn xảy ra -> nghĩa là may rủi lúc nào cũng có, rủi ro và thất bại là quy luật tự nhiên, việc gì tới phải tới.

Ví dụ
The final piece of advice to remember is that, no matter how hard people try to be safe, accidents will happen.

Nuclear accidents have become a fact of life. Though we cannot predict when or where or how frequently nuclear accidents will take place, we can be certain that they will happen from time to time.

No matter how we all may wish it was different, accidents will happen (whatever we may call them). One of the key differences between judicial (tư pháp) and academic thinking is whether we can avoid them.

Just as the belief in the inevitability (không thể tránh khỏi) of human error can function as a strong disincentive (nản chí) to developing an orientation towards disaster prevention, the belief that accidents will happen and there is no way to prevent them also functions as a strong disincentive to building a comprehensive program (chương trình toàn diện) of disaster prevention management (quản lý phòng chống thiên tai).
