"He who laughs last, laughs longest" nghĩa là gì?

"He who laughs last, laughs longest" = người cười cuối cùng là nguời cười lâu nhất -> nghĩa là người kiểm soát được tình huống ở phút cuối là người thành công nhất, ngay cả khi những nguời khác ban đầu có vẻ có lợi thế hơn.

Ví dụ
The decline (suy tàn) of Valentino Rossi: “he who laughs last, laughs longest”. Are you really sure Vale has accepted this situation? A sad decline in a satellite team? There is something about this story that doesn’t convince (thuyết phục) me…

Research in the past has shown that those who can crack jokes are perceived to be intelligent by people and, more important, politicians who can take a joke on themselves are seen to be more likeable (dễ mến), says Pandey. Science has been doing its bit, but it is time politicians invested in humour (hài hước). After all, he who laughs last, laughs longest.

To which, one can only say: “This is precisely (chính xác) the Brexit you voted for, Colin.” A few weeks before his Amsterdam trip, Colin posted: “Brilliant weekend celebrating Brexit … Where are all the remoaning cyclists who were laughing at me months ago. He who laughs last laughs longest.”

And, whether or not Azerbaijan will de-occupy the occupied districts and Karabakh itself, this is beyond (vượt lên) any doubt. The first shot was made in 2016 and the next and final is in the making. I feel Armenians are laughing in their beard now, it is up to you but remember – he who laughs last , laughs longest.
