"Red meat rhetoric" nghĩa là gi?

"Red meat rhetoric" = lời hùng biện thịt đỏ -> nghĩa là lời vận động tranh cử sinh động, rất thuyết phục của các chính trị gia, truyền cảm hứng và thu hút cử tri/người ủng hộ.
Ví dụ
The convention (hội thảo) was two months too early for Halloween, but the first two nights of the GOP confab (chuyện phiếm) was a fright festival, full of red meat rhetoric for right wingers.

You expect lies and obfuscations (ngu muội, đen tối) and red-meat rhetoric; what you don’t expect is Trump checking out of his own brain, and going on autopilot.
