"Without a division" nghĩa là gì?

"Without a division" có từ division là sự chia làm hai phe để biểu quyết (ở quốc hội, nghị viện...) -> cụm từ này nghĩa là nhất trí (không cần đưa ra biểu quyết).
Ví dụ
