A woman who refused to cooperate (từ chối hợp tác) during a traffic stop (dừng xe kiểm tra giấy tờ) sparked a high-speed chase and guns being drawn in an Enid neighborhood.

Twenty-eight-year-old Emily Owings was initially pulled over (tấp xe vào vệ đường) for not wearing her seatbelt (không đeo dây an toàn). She also didn’t have a license (bằng lái) or her insurance (bảo hiểm).

The only form of indentification she had on her was her medical marijuana card.

“Your license is suspended,” the officer said.

...“But I have to poop so bad,” Owings said.

“Where do you think I was going?” the officer asked.

“It’s my birthday,” Owings said. “It’s my [expletive] birthday.”
