Noises that sounded like a sexual encounter were heard during a Baltimore County school board meeting on Tuesday.

Someone with WMAR-2 News heard the noises on the recording before it was deleted.

The Board of Education of Baltimore County and Superintendent Dr. Darryl Williams said they are very concerned about the incident that happened near the end of the Board of Education meeting Tuesday night when "inappropriate audio" was heard by those in attendance.
