“With you in a minute” = tới bên bạn trong một phút nữa -> nghĩa là xin hãy kiên nhẫn đợi thêm chút nữa, tôi sẽ có mặt sớm nhất có thể.

Ví dụ
“My biggest pet peeve (chọc tức, làm phiền) is when you are at a bar and no one acknowledges that you are waiting. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fine if it’s busy, but it makes a big difference when a bartender takes a minute to say, ‘Hey, I’m in the weeds right now, but I’ll be with you in a minute.’ Because I don’t mind waiting.”

“A person will ask, hey, why am I stopped? And they go, ‘Oh, we’ll be with you in a minute.’ I’m like, why don’t you just tell the person, ‘Listen, this is why I stopped you,'” said Starling. “Because now it automatically takes that one barrier of like, ‘Whoa, I don’t know what’s going on’ to this and I stopped you because your taillight (đèn hậu) is out.”

“I’ll never miss a pickup,” he said. One of the toughest old officers in the Newark Traffic Club, Thevenet ate it up. He nodded, asked questions, and made notes in the points directory. Finally, Thevenet shook Jim-the-driver’s hand and turned to me. “I’ll be with you in a minute,” he said. Five minutes later, the receptionist called me in. Five minutes after that, I was back out on the street. Thevenet had taken my literature, thanked me for stopping by, and shown me the door.
