"Drop off the radar" nghĩa là gì?

"Drop off the radar"/"drop from sight" = rời khỏi màn hình radar -> nghĩa là bị bỏ qua/bị lãng quên; bị che khuất/biến mất khỏi mắt công chúng.

Ví dụ
Annie Kwok, a teacher from Pulteney Grammar School, suggests checking in with students to make sure they don’t “drop off the radar,” particularly when it comes to choirs or bands.

That sports have had to be professionalised is, therefore, a positive development. Stories abound of amateur sportspersons having to drop off the radar when the more prosaic matter of earning a living entered the picture.

"We're in the middle of COVID and a lot of resources are focused on some of the very practical issues around student safety, keeping schools open, and a lot of the other issues that have arisen around that, and so my concern is that this does not drop off the radar. This is critically important."
