"Feel like jelly" nghĩa là gì?

"Feel like jelly" = cảm thấy như thạch -> nghĩa là cảm thấy yếu đuối, không ổn định; bủn rủn tay chân.
Ví dụ
After all that flying, we’re settling back into life on Earth’s surface (bề mặt). Our legs feel like jelly but we’re on the path to learn even more about how STEM makes a difference for our communities and world.
We can fly. But it won’t be easy. We’re going to be sweaty (đầy mồ hôi), weary and with too many parts that feel like jelly. But we’re going to shine. Or we’re going to be dull and gritty (bạo dạn). But we’re going to do this.
The closest I have come to defining it for anyone is feeling like a concrete zombie. Like all of a sudden, out of nowhere, your bones are made of cement (xi măng), your mind is a bowl of soup, your body hurts while your legs feel like jelly. And it doesn’t matter what you do or how hard you try to, but you cannot keep your eyes open.
After the first four or five rounds your legs are going to feel like jelly. But keep the pace up on the sprints or you’ll be here all day...
