"Great boast, small/little roast" nghĩa là (tục ngữ) trăm voi không được bát nước xáo, hứa thật nhiều thất hứa thì cũng thật nhiều.

Ví dụ
As Siddhu in his commentary would say big boast small roast, all the great cities that Nitish promised to build have gone for a toss (rơi vào quên lãng) with one flood!!!

Your govt has failed to manage the Corona pandemic in bihar. No proper management, lack of planning is costing people's life. The testing is very low and so is the number of covid dedicated (chuyên dụng) hospitals. Just great boast small roast.

A reminder to Duncan Abigaba & Co. that COVID-19 is a global pandemic that has put many countries in an economic crisis. Despite being in the 'midro income' class, the Ug economy is being severely hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. Great boast, small roast!

No doubt about positive changes in Uzbekistan. I agree PR is needed but this won't be effective without genuine reforms (cải cách) on the ground. As we say in Uzbek: 'Usti yaltiroq, ichi qaltiroq' which translates as 'great boast, small roast' or 'fine feathers don't make fine birds'.
