"Know little and care less" nghĩa là gì?

"Know little/nothing and care less (about someone or something)" nghĩa là chẳng biết và chẳng buồn quan tâm.

Ví dụ

I suppose Mrs Barwick might be mildly interested but most of them know nothing and care less, just so long as there are birds in the sky and fish in the sea and peat on the ground. 

Many devoutly religious (sùng đạo) people, in particular, find it especially difficult to concede this in the case of others who know little, and care less, about matters that are most precious to them.
