"The ink isn't dry" nghĩa là gì?

"The ink isn't dry" = còn chưa ráo mực -> nghĩa là văn bản vừa mới được ký ban hành; dùng để nhấn mạnh hành động được thực hiện quá vội vã hay cần phải đặt dấu hỏi (nghi vấn), ngay sau khi văn bản pháp luật liên quan vừa được ban hành.
Ví dụ
