“Be stuck in a rut” nghĩa là gì?

“Be (stuck) in a rut” có rut là vết lún sâu của bánh xe trên đất mềm, vết xe; vết đường mòn -> cụm từ này nghĩa là mắc kẹt (cuộc sống, công việc...) theo lối mòn.
