It’s not the first time that surprise has been expressed on this site that Brian Eno regards himself as a non-musician, but he’s as near as, dammit. Here we have two excellent re-issues reminding us of what a creative giant he is, and how he has demonstrated this so many times, over the course of nearly fifty years.

But the reason I wanted to do the Extra Sessions is because I want people to have the pleasure of seeing me with my whole band doing these songs, these new songs not trimmed down (cắt bớt) versions but as near as dammit to the record as we could make them sound. This is the first time many of these songs will have been seen or heard.
