"What more do you want, jam on it?" = muốn gì nữa, thêm mứt à? -> nghĩa là câu hỏi mỉa mai rằng hãy hài lòng với mọi thứ mình có, không nên được voi đòi tiên.

But context (bối cảnh) is everything here. The SR-C20A is usefully small, reasonably affordable and can make across-the-board improvements to the sound of your TV or your monitor (màn hình). It’s even half-decent with music. What more do you want, jam on it?
Life Force is a challenging beast and the Arcade Archives version includes three version of the game - the original Japanese Salamander from 1986, the renamed North American version that included narrative and graphical alterations, and yet another iteration (lặp lại) (also renamed Life Force) which went back to Japan the following year with further tweaks. Three games in one? What more do you want, jam on it?
