"O ye, of little faith" = không tin lắm, chẳng tin -> câu (hài hước) tỏ ra không tin điều người vừa nói sẽ làm/có thể làm.

Ví dụ
Wherefore, if God so clothe (che phủ) the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? (Matt. 6:25-30) Imagine the God who created all things cares for each and every person on the face of the earth.

And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.

O ye of little faith! Do you imagine that the politicians ever intended (dự định) to follow their own rules? How sad if you did. Just last week in London the police caught the Prime Minister Boris Johnson riding his bicycle for exercise about 6 miles away from his residence. Against all the rules.
