"Do as you would be done by" -> nghĩa là muốn được đối xử như nào thì đối xử với người khác như thế.

“That means accepting (chấp nhận) that things might not be done as quickly as usual or that someone might need to be less available during the day but be at their desk when their kids are in bed. As in any difficult situation, it’s a case of ‘do as you would be done by’.”
Sit down and really think about what it would feel like to be on the other end of your rigid (cứng nhắc) rules and behaviour.? Not nice, eh? In other words, do as you would be done by, and if you find a problem with that, seek counselling as soon as possible.
