"None so blind as those who will not see" nghĩa là gì?

"None so blind/deaf as those who will not see/hear" = không ai mù hay điếc như người không muốn thấy muốn nghe -> nghĩa là không thể bắt người khác chú tâm tới điều mà họ không muốn chú ý; "mũ ni che tai".
Ví dụ
According to King James 5:21: “Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not; which have ears and hear not.” There are none so blind as those who will not see. The most deluded (lừa dối) people are those who choose to ignore what they already know.
There is an old saying that frankly states "there are none so blind as those who will not see." Apparently, as she professes (tự cho là) to be a "former" Catholic, Mrs. Merrill stopped "seeing" a long time ago. And now she requests, or rather demands, willful blindness of us all.
But there are none so deaf as those who will not hear. And the very thing the opportunists (người cơ hội) of present-day Social Democracy do not want to hear about is the destruction of state power, the amputation of the parasitic excrescence.
However, as the saying goes, “none so deaf as those who will not hear”. It will be most appreciated if these safety protocols (nghi thức) can be enforced as Nigerians are known not to be persuaded by mere advisories. As commuters, we have a role to play by mounting (tăng thêm) pressure on reckless drivers to drive carefully, failure of which such a driver should be reported to law enforcement agents.
