Six months. Listen, everyone studies differently. If you were the type to cram for an exam or turn in a paper that was written at 3 a.m. and receive A+ then this advice (lời khuyên) might not be for you (and also, you’re the worst); but be warned: whether you’re a type-A nerd (mọt sách) or a late-night superstar, you’re still a Canadian trained lawyer.

The university’s Counseling Center recommends (khuyên) seven to nine hours of sleep for college students as “anything less than 7 hours per night can impact your functioning.” Instead of pulling an all-nighter to cram for an exam, get that extra hour of sleep so you can be well-rested for the exam and retain the information better.
