We should applaud institutions that encourage people to care for each other. But telling people they are required (được yêu cầu, cần phải) to tend (chăm sóc) someone else’s garden (vườn người khác) rather than their own does not encourage people to care for each other. It does the opposite (điều ngược lại). It encourages spite (thù oán, thù hận, hận thù, ác ý)
