"Don’t get all het up about it" -> nghĩa là đừng quá kích động, lo lắng hay giận dữ.

I note that the knock on aspect of the same law does specifically mention how the ball travels, so I guess in terms of forward pass the actual movement of the ball isn't relevent (exception proving the law and all that). Maybe it needs a tiny sub-clause so that stupid people like me don't get all het up about it.
