"Spring forward, fall back" nghĩa là gì?

"Spring forward, fall back" = xuân tiến, thu lùi -> câu vần điệu liên quan tới quy ước giờ mùa hè hay giờ tiết kiệm ánh sáng ban ngày (Daylight Saving Time), quy ước chỉnh đồng hồ nhanh hơn một tiếng vào mùa xuân và chậm hơn một tiếng vào mùa thu so với giờ tiêu chuẩn tại một số địa phương ở một số nước.

But there are plenty of annoyances (rắc rối) and maybe some health risks too. It sows confusion and discombobulation (is it spring forward, fall back — or the other way round?).
To remember which way to set their clocks, people often use the expression, “spring forward, fall back.” On March 14 at 2 a.m., we will “spring ahead” by turning clocks ahead and losing an hour.
