để đối phó với lừa đảo trên mạng, chính quyền china... cắt trợ cấp, bảo hiểm xã hội của cha mẹ/con cái kẻ tình nghi...
-----
In its bid to tackle (giải quyết, khắc phục) telecom and online scams, a local government in China’s eastern Fujian province (tỉnh phúc kiến) has decided to impose punishments (áp đặt lệnh trừng phạt) on the family members of fraud suspects (kẻ tình nghi), sparking controversy and raising concerns about whether it is infringing upon (vi phạm) legal rights.

officials in Quangang District, in the city of Quanzhou, stated in a notice released on May 18 that spouses, parents, and children of individuals involved in telecom and online fraud operating from overseas would be barred from government-led subsidies (trợ cấp), including health insurance (bảo hiểm xã hội).

This measure, along with nine other restrictions on suspects and their relatives, is aimed at curbing (ngăn chặn, kiềm chề) online fraud “from the source,” and urging scammers to turn themselves in.
