A father who hasn't stopped farting (đánh rắm, xì hơi) since eating a ham roll five years ago is suing (kiện) the stall (quầy hàng, bàn bày hàng) which sold it to him for £200,000.
The father was hit by stomach cramps (quặn thắt, chuột rút), fever (bị sốt), vomiting (nôn mửa) and diarrhoea (tiêu chảy) within hours of eating the ham roll in December 2017 and was bid ridden for five weeks,
But the bout (trận ốm) of what is said to have been salmonella (nhiễm khuẩn salmonella) did not end there, with Mr Pardes being afflicted (khổ sở, đau đớn) with regular and uncontrollable flatulence (bị đầy hơi) that wakes him at night and embarrasses (làm xấu hổ, ngại ngùng) him in public ever since,
even after the sickness subsided (thuyên giảm) months later, his stomach was still making awkward churning (khuấy đảo) noises in his gut.
