Two men in Vietnam are fined (bị phạt) by police after a video of them showering (tắm) while riding a moving motorbike was posted online,

The two were filmed riding shirtless (không mặc áo sơ mi) without a helmet or protective clothing as they shampooed and rinsed (xả) their hair.

A bucket (cái xô) with water was wedged between the driver and the passenger, who used a jug to help rinse the driver's hair before rinsing his own.

The driver of the motorbike was Hunynh Thanh Khanh, 23,

He also appeared to be juggling a crate (thùng) of beer between his legs in the video.

The video was shared widely on social media, largely drawing criticism (chỉ trích) in Vietnam.
