Phí sạc xe điện ngày càng tăng ở Trung Quốc

chính phủ Trung Quốc tăng giá bán điện đối với những trạm sạc xe điện, rốt cuộc, người gánh chịu mức phí này là khách hàng.

Prices at public charging stations (trạm sạc công cộng) in several cities, including Shanghai, Zhengzhou, Qingdao, and Chongqing, have increased significantly (đáng kể) over the past month — rising up to 87% in some places.

In Shanghai, company chauffeur (tài xế) Lu Xiafei told Sixth Tone that prices at public charging stations operated by the State Grid have recently increased from around 1 yuan ($0.13) per kilowatt hour to around 1.5 yuan in urban areas and 2 yuan in suburban (ngoại ô) areas.

Electric vehicle experts attribute (gán cho, quy cho) the price increases to a policy change that came into effect on June 1, when the government began classifying (phân loại) electricity consumption of large charging stations as “industrial” use. In China, “industrial” electricity incurs (dẫn đến) higher pricing compared to electricity used for “residential” purposes.

As temperatures and demand for electricity have risen, authorities have struggled to meet energy demands in recent years, particularly during the hot summer months.
