For a partnership to work, you need to think strategically. Strategic thinking involves asking yourself, what are we seeking to accomplish (hoàn thành nhiệm vụ) collectively (chung, tập thể) as a joint team? What's our end goal (mục tiêu cuối cùng) for this partnership? What do we need to accomplish together and what are the deadlines for our short-term goals this coming year? What are the best ways of working to achieve the end goal? How can both sides can provide added value?

This requires some creativity and lateral thinking on your part. Most importantly, strategic thinking ensures your relationship with the stakeholder furthers organization's vision (tầm nhìn) and values (giá trị).

3/ Listening Skills (Kỹ năng lắng nghe)

proactively seeking out and welcoming feedback (phản hồi) from your stakeholders, in a non-judgemental (không xét đoán, phán xét) setting. Invite them to share their perspectives (viễn cảnh) and any emerging concerns, on a regular basis (thường xuyên).

One of the best ways to invite a full range of feedback is by getting into the habit of asking open-ended questions such as those that start with "what" or "how" as opposed to closed questions that require a "yes" or "no" response. For example, you could ask, "What improvements (cải tiến) would you like to see featured in this service next year?"
