"Not know beans about" nghĩa là gì?

Bean là hạt đậu nhưng người Mỹ dùng beans để chỉ những vật nhỏ, lặt vặt, không đáng kể. Vì thế thành ngữ 'not know beans about something' có nghĩa là không biết gì hết về một đề tài nào đó.
Ví dụ
“This is the second season that my husband and I have been growing tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs. They’re much better tasting than what I usually find at the supermarket. At the same time, we’re supporting the environment by reducing the pollution caused by vehicles.
