"Swim against the tide" nghĩa là gì?

Swim against the tide có từ tide nghĩa là thủy triều hay dòng nước. Thành ngữ này nghĩa là bơi ngược dòng, tức là đi ngược lại ý kiến hay xu hướng của thời đại.
