They don't want a stuffed shirt, which gave Bush an edge over Democrats Al Gore and John Kerry.

The episode hits all the standard series beats, as Jez sinks to a new low - with Super Hans's bath-tub doubling as his bed and toilet - while Mark continues to pose as a "stuffed shirt" intellectual, secretly craving Octopussy and a Twirl.

A stuffed shirt, Pierpont Morgan liked to play chess or whist in the company of older, settled men. He believed in convention and always wore social uniforms suitable to the occasion—a bowler in winter, a Panama hat in summer, for instance.
