"Have skin in the game" nghĩa là gì?

'Skin in the game' là cụm từ do nhà đầu tư nổi tiếng Warren Buffett nghĩ ra, ám chỉ đến tình huống những người quản lý cấp cao, có thông tin trong, bỏ tiền ra mua cổ phần của chính công ty họ đang điều hành (a term coined by renowned investor Warren Buffett referring to a situation in which high-ranking insiders use their own money to buy stock in the company they are running); có rủi ro tài chính khi tham gia "cuộc chơi" nhằm đạt được một mục tiêu (to have "skin in the game" is to have incurred monetary risk by being involved in achieving a goal); có đầu tư riêng, có bàn tay, có bóng dáng...; "muốn chơi, xuống tiền".
