"Skin-bound" nghĩa là gì?

'Skin-bound' nghĩa là có da bọc căng, căng da (vd sách bọc da); và trong y học có nghĩa là bị bệnh cứng bì (having the skin adhering closely and rigidly to the flesh; hidebound).
