"Tear your hair out" nghĩa là gì?

'Tear one's hair out' có từ 'tear' là giật xé, đi với từ 'hair' là tóc -> vò đầu bứt tóc, thể hiện một sự lo lắng, bất an cực độ về chuyện gì đó.
