"A fly in the ointment" nghĩa là gì?

'A fly in the ointment' = có con ruồi bên trong lọ kem bôi, câu này muốn nói tới một khiếm khuyết nào đó làm mất đi sự hoàn hảo của bức tranh toàn thể (giống như một vết mực đen trên tờ giấy trắng hay tương đương với câu tục ngữ "Con sâu làm rầu nồi canh" của chúng ta).
