"Be a toss-up" nghĩa là gì?

"Be a toss-up" nghĩa là vấn đề nghi vấn, vấn đề chưa ngã ngũ khi có hai khả năng/ lựa chọn đều có thể xảy ra như nhau. "Toss-up" được hiểu là trò chơi sấp ngửa. Khi bạn "toss a coin" (tung đồng xu), có khả năng tương đương là đồng xu sẽ chạm đất mặt sấp hoặc mặt ngửa.
