'A round peg in a square hole' = một cái cọc tròn trong một cái lỗ vuông -> điều này để chỉ một người nào đó không cảm thấy thoải mái với người khác hay trong một tình huống nào đó; một người không phù hợp với nhiệm vụ, hay vị trí được phân công.
