"A shot in the dark" nghĩa là gì?

"A shot in the dark" = phát bắn trong bóng tối -> lời phỏng đoán hoặc ước lượng/ước tính rất ít hoặc không chính xác; đoán mò. Ngoài ra còn có nghĩa khác đó là sự cố gắng dường như là không đem lại kết quả như mong muốn, không thể thành công.
