"A zero-tolerance policy" nghĩa là gì?

"A zero-tolerance policy" = chính sách không khoan nhượng - Không bỏ qua bất cứ lỗi nào. Chính sách này áp dụng các hình phạt nghiêm khắc đối với một hành vi phạm tội hoặc hành vi bị cấm mà không có ngoại lệ hay giảm nhẹ tình tiết.

The Centre has adopted (áp dụng) a ‘zero tolerance’ policy to tackle terrorism (giải quyết vấn đề khủng bố) and the security forces (lực lượng an ninh) have been given a ‘free hand’ to deal with the menace (mối đe dọa).
