"Break a sweat" = đổ mồ hôi.

You fixed the kitchen sink (bồn rửa chén) without even breaking a sweat.
I broke a sweat changing my tire.

But the men’s marquee (mái nhà, vì những tay vợt lớn thường sẽ được chơi ở sân trung tâm có mái che) matches were more meh (thường thường, từ này là slang) than manic (cuồng nhiệt). The so-called Big Three of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic, showing no signs of slowing down, easily dispatched (tiêu diệt) their opponents to advance to the quarterfinals without seeming to break a sweat.

I was a conservative (bảo thủ) traveler when I first put on a backpack 25 years ago and trekked (đi bộ) through Europe with my husband. We were awkward and clumsy (vụng về). We’d break a sweat stuffing (nhồi nhét) luggage into overhead bins and break our backs wearing expedition-sized (cuộc viễn chinh, ý chỉ rất to) backpacks. Furthermore, our type of travel proved unrealistic because we soon discovered city hostels more our scene and never once used our backcountry camping gear.
