"Flat white economy" nghĩa là gì?

'Flat white economy' trong đó Flat white là tên một loại cafe kết hợp giữa espresso và sữa tươi đánh nóng (khác với latte. Cái này bạn nào nghiền cafe thì rành hơn ha :D). Nền kinh tế Flat white bắt nguồn từ việc nó là lựa chọn phổ biến của nguồn lao động trẻ trên toàn cầu. Sau đó từ này được nhà kinh tế học Douglas McWilliams sử dụng trong cuốn sách 'The Flat White Economy: How the digital economy is transforming London and other cities of the future'. Ông cho rằng hệ sinh thái này sẽ là tương lại của nền kinh tế Anh, thay vì phải ngồi nhà hay làm việc tại văn phòng, những người này thường tới những quán cafe để làm việc, họ cũng tạo ra năng suất và lợi ích kinh tế như bình thường, làm những công việc sáng tạo như thương mại điện tử hay marketing.
