"Get into one's stride" = Bước vào nền nếp/sải chân -> Bước vào việc ổn định công việc và cuộc sống hay đạt được sự hiệu quả và nhịp độ thành công trong công việc.

Ví dụ
She soon got into her stride and began to make steady progress (sự tiến bộ đều đặn). Sarah’s achievement was made all the more extraordinary given the fact she was stung on the face (bị đốt vào mặt) by a jellyfish (con sứa) around halfway through, also receiving stings to her hands and feet.

Fresh from her win at Roland Garros, second seed (hạt giống) Barty had little trouble in adapting (thích nghi) from clay to grass (từ sân đất nện đến sân cỏ) as she eased through her first-round match 6-3 6-4 on Thursday (AEST). Barty did have to get through a wobble (sự do dự, lảo đảo) early on, but soon got into her stride to dispatch (giải quyết nhanh gọn) Vekic – a beaten finalist at the Nottingham Open.

“One has to wind (bay lượn) and wind and wind – he takes time to get into his stride. But when he gets going, he flies. Do It Again’s interference (sự gây trở ngại) broke his stride and momentum (đà) at a crucial stage. Have a look at how he kicks late again when Warren (Kennedy) works on him and gets him going again.”
