"Get your hands dirty" = Làm bàn tay mình dính bẩn.

All of these things? This is what a good parent does. And, if you find yourself doing them too – then you are the parent of your kids. It doesn’t matter how they came into your care, whether by marriage, a family member, the foster (nuôi nấng) system, etc. Raising a child means showing up and getting your hands dirty.

As a Vice President (phó tổng thống, chủ tịch) of Creative at Red Ventures you’ll lead creative strategy (chiến lược) for multiple brands (đa loại, nhãn hàng) within our portfolio (danh mục đầu tư). You will work closely with Senior (cao niên, cấp cao) Creatives, Directors of Design and business leaders to drive strategy (dẫn đưa chiến lược) and expand (triển khai, mở rộng) our existing/new partnerships. We’re looking for someone with an energy to excite others, to provide the direction to take us to the next level, mentoring (cố vấn, chỉ đạo) and building creative teams. We hope that you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, too. Lead us by example through execution (sự chấp hành) while managing others.

Getting your hands dirty, weeding (nhổ cỏ), and planting can feel calming, almost like a meditation (sự tĩnh tâm, thiền định). Plus it puts you in contact with soil (đất trồng) which is good for your microbiome (toàn bộ hệ gen "genome" của các vi sinh vật sống trong và trên cơ thể con người, như các vi khuẩn, thực khuẩn thể, nấm, động vật nguyên sinh và virus), boosts (nâng cao, tăng cường) your levels of vitamin D (from the sun), and exposes (phơi ra) you to fresh air.
