"Over the counter" nghĩa là gì?

"Over the counter" = bên kia quầy. Cụm từ này thường dùng để nói về thuốc có thể mua dễ dàng, không cần kê đơn bởi bác sĩ hoặc trong lĩnh vực chứng khoán, những giao dịch trực tiếp không cần qua trung gian hay quầy giao dịch.
